Bolo Do Pico - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. fine corn flour
1 1/3 c. regular flour
Preparation

Bring water and salt to boil.
Add boiling water slowly to corn flour stirring vigorously until smooth.
Cool by stirring occasionally.
This mixture hardens as it cools.
Add regular flour and knead for about 5 minutes.
Make a round ball and roll it on a board with corn flour, making it very smooth.
Flatten dough with the palm of your hand making a smooth round circle about 1/2-inch thick.
Bake in a baking sheet in a preheated 450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
Cool on a rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
