Chicken Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can green chili peppers, diced
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    12 small flour tortilla shells
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken; chop chicken into small pieces.
    Add cream of chicken soup, green chili peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and 1/2 pound of shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Mix together in a large bowl.
    Stuff tortilla shells with mixture; roll shells and place them in a 9 x 12 baking dish.
    Cover with the remaining soup mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 pound of Cheddar cheese over the top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover to brown cheese top.
