Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can Ragu spaghetti sauce (15 1/2 oz.)*
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    * Use Ragu extra-thick and zesty spaghetti sauce.
