Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients with shortening.
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Add buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Mix well; set in refrigerator until ready to use.
    This will keep one week.
    Roll out ahead at least 30 minutes.
    Brush with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
