Chicken Pasta Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
    1 lb. skinless, boned chicken breast, cubed
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken and onion in hot oil until chicken is browned and onion is tender.
    Stir in soup, milk and sherry.
    Add mushrooms, broccoli and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over spaghetti.
