Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 c. apples, sliced with peeling on
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil (a little less than 1 c.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix apples with dry ingredients.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
