Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can minced clams, mostly drained
1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 small onion, chopped fine
squeeze of lemon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in ovenproof serving dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Serve with party crackers (Wheat Thins are great!).
