Super Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread, trimmed and cut in two
8 eggs, beaten well
2 c. milk
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
picante or hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 lb. bulk sausage
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put together one day head.
Arrange bread in bottom of dish.
Spread meat over bread.
Pour eggs over this and sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and refrigerate.
