Low-Fat Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 lb. low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. cooked broccoli
    4 c. canned skim milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (you make yourself)
    1 or 2 Tbsp. Molly McButter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and broccoli together.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
    In saucepan, put in milk and heat.
    Add salt, pepper and Molly McButter.
    Thicken with the flour as you would for a cheese sauce. (Add cheese, while still hot.)
    Put all in a casserole dish: cheese sauce, macaroni and broccoli.
    Stir all together.
    Sprinkle with your bread crumbs (3 slices white or wheat bread put on cookie sheet and baked until dry; crumble).
