Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean boneless beef, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 medium carrots, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    2 or 3 potatoes, cut into quarters
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. regular dry onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. quick tapioca
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 (9 oz.) green beans
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole combine beef, carrots, potatoes and celery.
    In mixing bowl combine tomato sauce, dry soup mix, tapioca, bouillon, thyme and 1/4 cup water.
    Stir in mixture. Cover; bake in 325\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Add green beans and bake 45 minutes or until beef and veggies are tender.
