Beef Tenderloin Cooked In Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beef tenderloins (2 lb. each)
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
5 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Trim tenderloins and place in pan.
In order listed, add ingredients over meat.
Boil 5 to 8 minutes and turn.
Let boil 5 to 6 minutes longer. Cool and slice thin.
