Amalene Tucker'S Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    (Do not beat.)
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.
