Angel Nicole Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 to 3 Tbsp. instant yeast
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Knead and roll out dough on lightly floured surface.
Roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Brush with melted butter and fold in half.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Makes about 75 biscuits, depending on size of biscuit cutter.
