Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    6 c. water
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. cooked chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook onions and potatoes in chicken stock 10 to 15 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and stir until smooth.
    Bring to a boil. Add broccoli.
    Simmer 10 minutes and remove from heat, then stir in Velveeta cheese.
