Pecan Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 small can milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat butter and sugar, add flour, salt, egg yolks, and milk.
Mix with rotary beater, add nuts and vanilla. Bake on lower shelf 45 minutes.
