Bean And Tuna Salad(Fagioli E Tonno) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (19 oz.) cans kidney or shell beans
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Italian tuna in olive oil
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Empty cans of beans into colander and rinse thoroughly under cold water.
    Drain.
    Drain the tuna and put both beans and tuna in a salad bowl.
    Add the olive oil, salt and pepper; toss gently. Add the vinegar and toss again.
    Serve with hot Italian bread. Serves 4 to 6.
