Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
In large saucepan, melt cocoa and shortening over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Blend in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix in remaining ingredients; spread in prepared pan.
