Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large green peppers
    3 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
    12 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bottles Certo pectin
Preparation
    Cut peppers and put with vinegar in a blender; mix.
    Put all ingredients in large cooker except Certo pectin.
    Bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes or until rather thick.
    Add Certo when it begins to boil.
    Add green or red food coloring and pour into jars.
