Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts
1 onion
3 bouillon cubes (chicken)
3 c. water
salt
pepper
paprika
rice
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts in small pieces. Add a little oil to bottom of frying pan. Brown the onion, then add chicken.
Let it cook for about 1/2 hour. During the chicken cooking, boil the water. When boiling, add bouillon cubes. After cubes are melted, add to the frying pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook for about 1/2 to 1 hour longer. During last 1/2 hour of cooking time, make your rice. Put rice on bottom of plate, then add the chicken mixture. Top with grated Romano cheese.
