Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    3/4 c. rice, uncooked
    2 chicken breasts
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend soup with milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. Stir together remaining soup mixture, rice, mushroom soup and half of the onion soup mix.
    Pour into pan, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches, bigger if you have more chicken.
    Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
