Cassadelean Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boneless Chicken Breasts
    3 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 C. Green Spanish Olives
    2 Green Peppers, sliced
    2 Onions, sliced
    1 1\\4 C. Tomato Sauce
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 1\\2 C. Water
Preparation
    Fry chicken in oil, add garlic and onions until sauted.
    Add tomato sauce and water, let simmer for 20 min. Add pepper and olives with juice. Serve with rice.
