Cheesy Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can of water
    1 pkg. thin spaghetti
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Mix soup and water and heat.
    Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Drain and mix into spaghetti and soup.
    Stir in 1/2 of cheese, then pour into greased 10 x 13-inch dish and top with rest of cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
