Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix lard in floor with fingers well.
    Add salt and baking powder, then milk.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with round cutter.
    Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
