Florentines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. finely chopped candied orange peel
    3 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate bits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine heavy cream, butter and sugar in a saucepan.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients except melted chocolate.
    Drop by tablespoon on greased and floured cookie sheet, about 3-inches apart.
    Bake about 10 minutes.
    Remove carefully with spatula to cooling rack.
    Spiral melted chocolate over cookie tops.
    Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
