Easy Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion and garlic in a bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Brown in oil in skillet.
Drain meatballs on paper towels.
Reserve pan drippings. Add remaining ingredients to reserved pan drippings, mixing well. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with hot meatballs.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
