Corny Good Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (16 oz.) pork and beans, drained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drain and rinse
    1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) vegetable soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar (optional)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown beef, onion and celery.
    Cook until tender; drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until heated through.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
