Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium whole potatoes
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    garlic powder
    dried parsley
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Wash, peel and thinly slice potatoes.
    Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Layer potatoes; sprinkle with onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Dot with margarine. Repeat layering with onions and seasonings.
    Pour milk over all layers.
    Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
