Baked Potato Slims - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    4 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 envelope Shake 'n Bake
Preparation
    Mix oil with water.
    Scrub potatoes; cut into 4 to 6 lengthwise wedges each.
    Toss a few pieces of potatoes in oil mixture.
    Mix Parmesan cheese and Shake 'n Bake together and put into a bag. Shake a few potato wedges at a time until coated well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
