Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. raw rice (long cooking kind)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (dried type)
    1 can Campbell's beef bouillon soup
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of margarine in casserole dish.
    Add 2 cups raw rice.
    Put onion soup in a quart pitcher.
    Pour bouillon soup in with the onion soup.
    Fill the quart pitcher to measure 1 quart with hot or boiling water.
    Now pour this liquid mixture (dried onion soup, beef bouillon and hot water that all together measures 1 quart) into the casserole dish that contains the melted margarine and raw rice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil, sealing the edges so the heat doesn't escape.
    This is important!
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
