Burn-Your-Mouth Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    red cayenne pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    hot sauce to taste
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of oregano
    diced jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 pkg. flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until cooked; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until heated through. Divide equally on individual warmed tortillas.
    Top with cheese and roll up.
