Chicken Salad Superb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken
    1 c. celery, cut on angle
    1 c. green pepper, minced
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    2/3 c. light cream
    1/4 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Day Before:
    Simmer chicken in water to half cover.
    Remove meat from bones (4-5).
    Store in refrigerator in broth. When ready to serve, remove chicken from broth.
    Add celery, green pepper and onion.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and toss with chicken mixture.
