Strawberry Jello Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 boxes frozen, sliced strawberries
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream

Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add frozen sliced berries, crushed pineapple and bananas.
Mix well.
Turn 1/2 of mixture into 8-inch square dish.
Chill until firm.
Then spread sour cream and cover with the remaining gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
