Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 mashed bananas
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. small pecan pieces
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add strawberries and juice, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Put 1/2 mixture in rectangular glass dish.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    When congealed, spread sour cream over top.
    Then spoon the rest of the mixture over all.
    Refrigerate until firm.
