Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots, cut, cook and drained
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 can tomato soup, don't dilute
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix soup, oil, sugar and vinegar.
    Cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
    Pour over sliced pepper, sliced onion and cooked carrots.
    Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
