Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small can onions or 1 large onion, cut up
    3 carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
    garlic salt to taste
    2 large potatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large can green beans (do not drain)
    3 celery stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into rectangular baking dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Don't peek.
    Serves 4.
