Crisp Crusted Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up into pieces
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder (if desired)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Wash and dry chicken.
Beat egg and milk in bowl.
In another bowl, put potato flakes, garlic and cheese.
Roll chicken in egg mixture, then in potato mixture.
Melt butter in shallow pan; roll chicken in butter, leave skin side up.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
