Light Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
23 Ritz crackers
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites
Preparation

Beat 4 eggs whites with a little salt.
Fold in 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
In separate bowl, crush 23 Ritz crackers. Mix in 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Stir and fold into egg whites.
Place in greased pie pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
