Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. celery or nuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Drain pineapple.
Save syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 3/4 cup, then add to gelatin. Add cranberry sauce and put in refrigerator to set.
Add celery or nuts and put back in refrigerator to set until firm.
