Holiday Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. 2% milk
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen egg substitute, partially thawed
1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
ice cubes
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients with electric blender until smooth.
Pour into small glasses.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve immediately.
Makes 5 cups.
