Santa'S Surprise Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    10 bottles 7-Up (7 oz. size)
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    maraschino cherries
    2 trays ice cubes
Preparation
    Chill pineapple juice and 7-Up.
    Pour additional 7-Up into ice cube trays, placing a maraschino cherry in each cube.
    Freeze.
    At serving time, combine the pineapple juice and orange juice in punch bowl.
    Add peppermint extract.
    Slowly pour in 7-Up.
    Add ice cubes.
    Makes 30 punch size cups.
