Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 (24 oz.) jar medium salsa (use hot, if preferred)
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    2 large green peppers, chopped fine
    1 large carrot, grated
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and salsa together.
    Spread on extra large round tray.
    Add vegetables to mixture, in layers:
    tomatoes, onions, green peppers and carrot.
    Cover with clear plastic wrap and allow to cool about 1 hour.
    Serve with taco or tortilla chips. Great for parties or covered dish affairs.
