Turkey-Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped turkey
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
    3/4 c. shredded cheese (3 oz.)
    1 c. cream of shrimp soup
    1/4 c. milk
    4 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation
    Arrange turkey and mushrooms in pie shell; sprinkle with cheese.
    In small pan, combine soup and milk; heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir into eggs; pour mixture over cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
