Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
12 flour tortillas
Preparation

Blend sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl. Add green chilies, olives, cheese, onion, garlic salt and jalapeno peppers. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Roll up tightly to enclose filling. Place seam side down in dish.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Chill for several hours or until firm enough to slice. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
Arrange on serving plate.
