Cinnamon-Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. apple juice
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg, margarine, sugar and cinnamon until creamy, then add dry ingredients; stir in raisins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffins.
    Remove from pan, brush tops with apple juice and roll in sugar.
