Cantaberry Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened berries
    1 cantaloupe
    3/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/3 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Thaw the berries, if frozen.
    If using fresh strawberries, remove the stems and caps; cut into halves.
    Halve and seed the cantaloupe.
    Spoon half of the berries into the center of each cantaloupe half.
    Set aside.
