Apple-Raisin Shortcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. raisins or dried cranberries
    1 Fuji apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk-flavored biscuits
    6 Tbsp. vanilla low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
