Pasta With Italian Sausage Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. capellini (angel hair) or extra thin spaghetti
    1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausages, casings removed
    2 medium zucchini (6 oz. each), quartered lengthwise, then sliced crosswise
    1/2 c. frozen chopped onion
    1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil in a covered 5-quart pot.
    Add capellini and boil for 4 minutes, or until tender but firm. Drain; toss with 1 teaspoon oil.
    Cover to keep hot.
