Pasta Fasoli Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or lean beef
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can navy beans
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 lb. ditalini or small elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown turkey or beef in large pot.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add tomatoes, Ro-Tel, bouillon cubes, celery, carrots and seasonings; simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook macaroni al dente (firm).
    Add beans to soup mixture; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add pasta; allow to stand, covered, for a few minutes before serving.
    A cup of water may be added to achieve correct consistency.
