Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, diced
    1 small sour cream
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (not diluted)
    corn flake crust
    1/2 onion
Preparation
    Place diced potatoes in casserole and stir all ingredients, except corn flakes, in with potatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour. Put corn flakes on top about 20 minutes before casserole is done.
