Lasagna(Meat And Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    28 oz. canned tomatoes
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 bay leaf
    2/3 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
    2 eggs
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    15 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Fry beef off with onions.
    Remove fat.
    Add tomatoes, paste, sugar, salt, oregano, thyme, garlic salt and bay leaf.
    Heat mixture to a boil.
    Stir and break up tomatoes.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Discard bay leaf and spoon off any fat on top of sauce.
    Cook lasagna noodles as directed; drain well.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lay noodles in bottom of dish overlapping each other.
    In a small bowl ,mix eggs and Ricotta.
    Spoon 1/2 of mixture over noodles.
    Sprinkle on a layer of Mozzarella.
    Spread sauce over mixture, then repeat layers.
    Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
